Ruth worked for 10 years with the United Drug Group PLC. She held several senior positions, including 3 years at General Manager and 3 years as Business Development Director level. She was responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plans while ensuring her team were fully aligned to achieve the same. For the last 12 years, Ruth has been running her own Executive Coaching & Facilitation company.
Ruth works with clients at C Suite, Director, Senior Manager and Middle Manager level. Her clients include KPMG, MSD Ireland, Valeo Foods, Astellas Pharma, Fresenius Kabi, DCC Vital, Commscope & Consilient Health.
Ruth specialises in “Developmental Coaching’, an intentional process of increasing awareness and perspective. She works with her clients to explore the multiplicity of factors that affect their leadership style and partners them in designing a tailored development plan to unlock their full potential.
